24hr Cancellation Policies

 

Please notify the salon at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel, alter or reschedule in less than the 24 hours you will be charged 30% of the full price of all scheduled services 

E.g. If you have booked a colour, cut and blowdry and inform us you no longer wish to have the cut, whilst at the salon, you will be charged 30% of the cut price. Please understand this appointment has been reserved for you personally and we cannot fill this space at such short notice.
